Support the Implementation of Reductions of the UPOPs Project in Lebanon

The “Reduction of Unintentional Persistent Organic Pollutants (UPOPs) Through Waste Management in a Circular Economy” is a project financed by the Global Environment Facility through the World Bank and implemented by the Ministry of Environment / UNOPS. The project aims to reduce UPOPs emitted from the waste disposal and open burning processes and minimize impacts to public health and environmental risks stemming from UPOPs emissions, by promoting circular economy (especially adopting a 3Rs approach).

Our provided services refer to the development of master plans and feasibility studies for waste management, design of sanitary landfills, elaboration / update of ESIA studies, provision of assistance during tendering and contracting and supervision of construction activities, for the SWM projects in Srar-Akkar and Nabatyeh (Iqlim el Touffah).
